The unparalleled 3×3 basketball game kicks off first season Four of the league’s six clubs will take the field for the first time on Friday night.
The Miami-based league’s first tag team match begins with a showdown between the co-founders, with Breanna Stewart’s Mist taking on 2024 WNBA Finals The opponent is also Unrivaled co-founder Napheesa Collier’s Lunar Owls.

Compared to WNBA games, Unrivaled’s courts are smaller and cameras are positioned closer to the action, aiming to bring a small-court experience to viewers across the country.
“It’s definitely intimate and you’re definitely going to hear a lot of stuff,” Mist athlete Jewell Loyd told Competitor. “But at the same time, that’s what you want, it definitely makes us play a little harder.”

The new 3×3 league will kick off Friday night at 7pm ET with the Mist and Lunar Owls, followed by Rose BC and Vinyl BC at 8pm ET.
All Unrivaled games will air on TNT, truTV and Max throughout the season, with Friday’s game on TNT.
